Role Overview: As a Commercial Projects Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a diverse portfolio of commercial projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize profitability. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to identify project requirements and ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks, and incorporate insights into project strategy and planning.
  • Evaluate project performance and outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed to optimize results.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on commercial projects and business development.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or similar applications.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
